Had a great time, glad fires werent banned this year. We enjoyed fishing, paddle boarding, wading in the water, & polar-plunging off the dock. The lake was incredibly crowded Saturday, but otherwise pretty quiet Sunday-Monday. Saw eagles and otters. Bathrooms were super clean.

Beautiful location, super clean campsites and toilets, excellent camp hosts, great fishing -- lot of brown trout that they would like to eradicate from the lake.

Very nice, clean camp ground. Camp host very nice, informative information. Before we left we started planning a trip back next year.

Great camping. Fishing very slow this time.

Booking on recreation.gov is the MOST FRUSTRATING THING I have ever done. Your booking site is NOT user friendly and cost a ridiculous amount of money. Charging $8 per booking is a total rip-off for a hard to use booking site. Your third party leeches should revise the booking procedure and stop ripping people off. Harriet lake was ok

I'm reluctant to spread the word about this great campsite. We really enjoyed our time here: spaces are very large, the campground is very small, the lake and surrounding area are beautiful and the facilities are wonderful. Absolutely zero complaints. We went in our small 13' trailer. There are no "services" (like plug ins or water) except for a very well maintained pair of vault toilets. There is pump water for drinking. If you are in the mood for a quiet, remote camping experience (no cell service for us) this is an ideal place. Bring your canoe and enjoy some down time. Highly, highly recommended.
