Great campground. Not too big. Everything well kept. Bathrooms stocked and clean. Great camp host. Cracked and wobbly Toilet seat in womens bathroom finally replaced after 2-3 years. Not camp hosts fault, however. Thanks. Lovely lake. Fishing OK also

Great campsite next to the lake. Campground clean and maintained. Only negative was that all the trash dumpsters were filled to overflowing

Nice to be on the water. Lots of dogs barking in the campsites and running loose in the swimming areas.

My experience was very bad this year dogs were allowed to run through my site unleashed and pee in my camp and on my trailer and poop in other sites and owner did not pick it up. Leash laws were nit enforced! Even more concerning was the fact that I rented a water site, #15 and multiple people from interior sites started walking through my campsite dragging boats and equipment and left me no room at my own site to launch my kayak! It was very frustrating they had no consideration. I paid extra for that site and booked early in the year to get it!!! I left and didn't stay the last two nights that i had paid for it was not a good experience and After going every year to the same site for 5 years, I wont go back!

Great little spot with easy access to drinking water. Camp site was roomy with easy access to the reservoir area. Read the description! "The campground is situated in a stand of mixed oak and pine trees, along the southeastern shore of the 180-acre reservoir, which is rarely at capacity because it is used for irrigation purposes." We were expecting to do some swimming right next to our "Proximity to Water: Lakefront" campsite; while it was a short walk to where the reservoir actually had water, I wouldn't call "swimming" a featured activity. There are some residential homes across the "reservoir" and one was having a party so the sound carried easily to the campsite. A lot of trees so can easily setup a hammock. All in all a good experience, expect some dust in the air, toilets were clean.

I normally would give them a 5 as we love this area however the last stay on 4th of July weekend our neighbors next to us had a dog that just never stopped barking for the whole trip it was very stressful for me and the whole campground could here it plus the dogs were off leash at times. Was very disappointed. However the hosts are great and the pit toilets are always fresh smelling and clean. We will try it again next year in June this time.
