Camp host, Jane, was by far the best host ever! She was very friendly, took great care of the sites and had answers to all our questions. Site 7 was private, close to river access and perfect for our family.

I got a nice secluded campground, everything was nice and well maintained. Very easy access to the creek and someone directed us to a fun little beach/lake area slightly down the way. All was lovely!

I was relieved to see that the bolt creek fire did not get close to the campground

The campground is far enough from Hwy 2 that you don't get the road noises. You can hear the river. I would have given it a higher rating but the water wasn't working so we had to drive to Money Creek campground for drinking water. Also, we never saw the camp hosts and another camper was having an actual wood burning fire during restricted times. Vault toilets were well stocked and reasonable clean. We will definitely be back as the area was secluded, woodsy, and close to the river.

Campground is really secluded for how close to Skykomish and the road it is. Nice and quiet at night and the river is stunning. The water supply was out of order though and nothing let us know ahead of time. Could have been a pain if we hadn't brought filters. Some folks had fires and the camp host didn't do anything about it despite the burn ban. Don't light camp fires right now! One nice evening for you isn't worth risking other people's homes and lives. Stop being selfish jackholes.

No toilet paper in the outhouse when I visited. :( that situation is totally uncalled for.
