My experience at site 15 was nothing short of excellent. The site offered ample spacebig enough to park a 20ft vehicle (Sprinter Van) sideways on the generous parking padwhich is a huge plus if you're traveling with a larger rig or RV and want easy access between the vehicle and the campsite via a side/slider door. Site 15 doesnt have a view of the river as its blocked by trees but the sound of the river is a nice feature. Views of the river are only steps away. The cleanliness of the facilities really stood out. The vault toilets were exceptionally neat and well-maintained, which added a level of comfort to the stay that many campgrounds unfortunately miss. While there were some mosquitoes buzzing around, the use of citronella candles did a fantastic job keeping them at bay, so you could enjoy the evening without interruptions and bites! The camp hosts deserve a special mention for their courteous and welcoming attitude.Beyond the campsite, the location itself is great for nearby hikes by the river. The kids enjoyed hours of skipping rocks.

It was a bit early for silver for, cold and rainy, but campground and location are the best

The campground was quiet, the sites felt private and the camp host was super nice. Being close to Mt Baker recreational area was fantastic!! Lots of bugs though… bring candles and spray!

just there for one night -- arrived early evening and left the next morning but found it too be pretty and quiet. Would definitely consider staying there as a base camp for multiple hikes in the area

The camp host was wonderful and friendly. The restrooms were clean. The campground is very well taken care of. Lovely setting.

Quiet campground along the river, filled with huge trees which create separation between the sites. The campsites are large, with plenty of room for chairs, cars, tents, etc.

Rick Henderson, the camp host was and awesome host! He really cares about his campers. He doesn’t hike, but when I asked him about local hiking trails, he had already downloaded them on his app just to be able to help his camper/customers (no cell service in the campground). That is above and beyond. He anticipated our needs, was extremely pleasant to talk to, and he offered to help in any way. Very conscientious. Upon leaving, he was weed eating in the hot sun around the recycling containers to make it easier for his campers!
