I love this campground. It does not have a lot of amenities but it the campsites are beautiful and peaceful, and its close to the gorgeous hiking trails at Mt. Baker. The host does such a good job of keeping the place clean and tidy. Best pit toilets in the state!

Good site with a camp pad. Pretty close to the neighbors, there is another site basically joined to this one. Across the road from the river so not right beside it like some of the sites on this loop but a very short walk to the river. Right beside the washrooms.

Friendly and helpful campground host. Sites are adequately separated. Pleasant and soothing white noise from the river. Pit toilets very clean and not smelly. Not a large campground. Water needs to be pumped; I had to ask a fellow camper how the pump worked; not intuitive. Good staging site to hike Ptrarmigan Ridge and/or Skyline Divide hikes. We would return to camp here.

Wonderful campground, very spacious and private. by a beautiful river. The 3 mile (one way) river trail is awesome! The restroom is very clean. Very nice experience!

USFS website needs to be updated. It claims 12 sites are first come, first served. We had reservations for 1 night and hoped to get one of those sites but all sites but one were reserved online. Same with Silver Fir CG. Website is incorrect. https://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/mbs/recreation/recarea/?recid=17580&actid=29

Great location and very helpful/friendly onsite staff. Easy drive up to Artist point for more hikes, besides the one connected to the campground. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful campground with large sites. Close to the river, Horseshoe Bend Trail and the quaint town of Glacier. Definitely want to camp here again!
