Absolutely gorgeous campground. The larger loop has some sites that are more exposed but overall all the sites are quite private. There are several restrooms and dumpsters around the campground. As was expected the week before Labor Day, there was a younger crowd nearby that were a little loud the first couple nights but left on my 3rd night. The lake and area are beautiful and there is a great beach/swim area that can be used for day-use.

Love this place. Have a lot of memories camping here throughout the years and now look forward to the trips with our kids. My only complaint is the bathrooms. They are really in need of some TLC. I realize they’re only outhouses and not a resort but the same restrooms are over at the Dam and they’re so clean you could practically eat off the floor! Also the maintenance record states they haven’t been serviced in almost a year. Other than that I have no complaints. Will definitely return again.

The site was beautiful, the only problem there was not enough parking for people that were coming to the lake, we had people parking at our site
