We had a great site, but I was lucky to be able to drive around and pick the one I wanted. Many are good for one tent but tough for two tents. Lots of people sleep in vehicles these days it seems. People who worked there were super nice.

We were so lucky to get a spot from a reservation cancellation on the day we made an impromptu trip to Mt. Rainier. The campsites were well maintained. 10 miniutes drive to the Paradise visitor center and multiple sightseeing spots, including Skyline trail, Myrtle Falls etc. Really a pleasant experience.

Site not very large. Restroom clean. Beautiful place to stay

Lovely campsite. We were in Loop C really close to the restroom but still had very decent privacy. Very close to Longmire Museum and Henry Jackson Visitor Center. The site was generally quiet but sometimes, even after quiet hours, group laughter can be heard from a few sites away, though it didn't really bother us because we were exhausted from our day's adventures. The bear box was a great commodity to stash our food away so we didn't have to worry about our food. Restrooms were well-kept and stocked with toilet paper and paper towel. The water is cold though so bring facial wipes if you don't like washing your face with cold water. The ranger volunteers were very friendly and gave us a couple recommendations. They walk around the campsite to check on things but didn't bother anyone unless they needed to. We would stay again!

The campground is beautiful and well run. It is calm and quiet at night. Our kids enjoyed the ranger programs too.

Beautiful hiking trails, interesting ranger talks (for all ages) , simple but clean toilets, nice quiet evenings with campfires, beautiful starry nights. We love this place and definitely want to come back sometime.
