Great location, restrooms were clean. We were close to the restrooms so lots of people kept walking through out campsite to get to the restrooms. Trash bins were convenient. Good hiking close by.

A memorable trip to a remarkable park and campground. Although our site had some leveling issues, we were able to resolve them and spend two wonderful days at Mount Ranier. Cool weather made for comfortable hiking and the Longmire and other park Visitors centers provided all the information that we needed for a great visit. Despite COVID restrictions, park staff throughout the park were very supportive and helpful with their recommendations and the information they provided.

wonderful campsite within an 8 mile drive of Paradise. and then the trails around the mountain. the campsite was tidy and campers were quiet at night. the bathrooms were quite clean, except late in the evening when one of the toilets apparently stopped up. taken care of by the next morning. also it was great to have the telephone # of the cougar campground staff as earlier in the summer we needed to cancel 3 nights of reservations and we could contact them immediately and allow other campers to use the site. we honor the service of all who are in the park service...the best government use of tax funds. but the national parks need more funds to upgrade the facilities and trails and resume educational programs for visitors. I believe more public tax funds should be designated for these national parks...the jewels of our America.

Lovely gem of a campground set inside of Mt Rainier N.P.. great ranger talk the night we arrived. Short walk to the river crossing with hike to falls. We also hiked up at Paradise. Can get water for RV and dump station too. No electricity.
