The site was very nice especially as tent campers. Our only complaint was in previous years, camp personnel would come by each day to offer wood for sale and delivery. This year no one stopped by although we saw them go to different loops and sites, but not check specifically at each loop area. We had to go pick up wood from the supply ourselves, which we didnt know we could until we asked one of the other campers. We have camped at Seneca Shadows several times over the years and always had good customer service. This year we were disappointed in the lack of service.

A very nice National Forest Campground. Clean and well maintained. Restrooms seemed a tad small at only one toilet in the men’s room closest to my site but although old and showing their age, the restrooms were clean. Would have been nice to have a few more hanging hooks in the one shower. I was at an electric site; no problem with the electric hookup. No water at the sites but several RV’s filled their water tanks at one of several water spigots located around the campground. The dump station seemed to be in a rather awkward position for lining up you RV to dump. I have a small travel trailer at 16ft so didn’t really have an issue but larger rigs would definitely find it difficult. While camping, hiked up to Seneca Rocks, a great hike on good trail and a short hike at 1.5 miles one way. Highly recommended. Also did some trout fishing on both the river by the visitors center and on Seneca Creek. Had fun but didn’t catch anything. The water was relatively high and moving fast. Overall a great experience and I would definitely make a return visit and stay even longer if I could.

Bathrooms and park were clean and well maintained. Only complaint is that this is the only campground o have ever stayed at that charged an additional fee to dump your tank ($7).

Nice quiet campground. beautiful shady sites, easy access. Showers are aggravating because you have to keep your hand on the "faucet" to get a flow.

Totally enjoyed camping at Seneca Shadows. Our site was clean and level and the campground provides easy access to attractions around Seneca Rocks.Would absolutely stay there again!

One of our favorite campgrounds! Each camper lot is private with trees everywhere so you feel secluded. Big camper spots with picnic table and fire pit and tent pad. Our 9 and 5 year old sons LOVE going and my favorite part is no cell phone service so we are forced to disconnect and enjoy each other and the beautiful area!
