Cape Fair was recommend to me by a friend. She was right, the place is beautiful!! The campground near the beach seemed to be more family/kids and people who liked to visit. I stayed on the side next to the marina. I loved that it was so close to the shower house and it was relatively very quiet. There was some early morning traffic due to fisherman getting out before the sun rose, but that was not a deterrent to me. The campsites were very spacious with a lot of shade. The camp hosts were all extremely nice and helpful also.
The ONLY thing I would say did not make it feel like the perfect getaway was the shower head. Lol. The one on the far right sprayed everywhere. The next over was better aimed, but still pretty “sputtery”. NOT a reason to give the place less that 5 stars!! I loved it there!!

Nice campground. Very clean. The only complaint would be the showers. The showers sprayed in many directions with a fine mist and one of the showers didn't have any hot water (the shower 3rd from left) (the cold shower in April was not wonderful!) Check for hot water in the showers before getting in there! Otherwise, it was very quiet through the week there, with not much traffic. Will be staying again but will check shower for hot water prior to using!

Our site #44 was very difficult to back into with our 40 foot fifth wheel trailer. Also, the dump station was difficult to get into as the back of the trailer dragged on the road due to the steepness of the entry. Apparently that problem is common as the road is heavily scarred from other RVs dragging. Other than that, the park is very nice and we enjoyed it very much.

It would be nice to have hot water in the showers
