Fairly level site, large concrete patio was very nice!

Thanks for another great camping experience at Ray Behrens camp ground at Mark Twain Lake. The campsite was fine but have some comments for improvements. The campsite had been improved greatly by adding concrete and site grading. The improvements included a campfire ring that was built into the new concrete slab. This convenience was very nice except when it rains, no provision was made for water that was traped under the new slab to exit. The trapped water filled the fire pit area with no means of drainage. Suggest adding a short drainage pipe that would allow the trapped water to escape from under the concrete slab.

The grounds were very clean and the staff was very helpful.
