Another beautiful spot to camp. Trails through the woods, easy to find. Very clean/well kept. The deer in the morning were our highlight. Easy lake access. Short drive to shooting range. This location had the fire pit elevated a bit with railroad ties and rocks which made it awkward to get close enough for warmth and sitting by while cooking meals. We know what to look for when picking our sites now though.

Ray Behrens Campground is well laid out with great spacing between sites. The lake is truly a haven for the avid fisherman. You will see the shoreline dotted with boats supporting the fisherman waiting to catch that elusive "big one".

Always love coming to Mark Twain Lake and Ray Behrens is clean and people who come are friendly (with masks - LOL)

Nice sites from wooded to park like. More full hookups have been added. This place is one of our favorites

Site had been improved from 2018 and was very nice. The limbs above the camper pad had been trimmed so my external TV antenna did not brush them when orienting for best reception. Do wish there was WiFi access at the campground.

Myself, and my friends, love the campground, but hate the new reservation system. Somebody went to a lot of trouble to screw up the reservation system. We liked the old on, but end up calling in because the new system is so aggravating.
