Site 96. Hard to find which campground between east and west campground was where our site was located. Several people had similar experience. No attendant at front for checking in.Have a 32 foot class A, Site had a slope to front that required several boards under front tires. Site had paved pad. Rest of site had larger gravel stones which was uncomfortable. Nobody cleaned out the sites as peopled left. Trash in fire pits and we saw several people throw plastic bottles in the fire pit before leaving.Had cell service with Verizon but on weekends the data rate was unusable.

I'm retired and not a fisherman, but love the lake. We book a year in advance and am looking for some milder weather. There is one think we wish the Corps would include for us old Farts. We have a dog (Lab) who loves the water and run. Since we can't use the swimming area, we've been looking around the boat ramp areas to if we could walk down away from the ramps, sit, soak our feet and let him jump in the shallow water. Not sure if even this is allowed. Maybe you could have a fenced in area where dogs can stretch their legs?

We had a total of three sites with our group. Two sites were perfect. The third site needed either a tree taken down or additional room provided. Not enough room for a slide out and a canopy. However, we made do and had a wonderful time.

Nice place to Camp. I only wish they could install a good WiFi system. They have one in place, but, If you can get a good enough signal, and you can connect to the website that allows you to pay for your WiFi use, there are problems with the website, and you can not end up getting the WiFi.
