My family loves to camp at Indian Creek campground! We go several times each year. Although Indian Creek is one of the few campgrounds located literally in the woods, with each site surrounded by trees, the roads and driveways are all well-maintained blacktop. The sites are all well-kept and nicely mowed, and the bathrooms are clean. The staff and park rangers are awesome! My kids always enjoy the educational programs and the annual Halloween Walk. We look forward to the next camping season!!

Indian creek campgrounds specifically Sentry Ridge campground is well maintained with clean bathrooms and shower houses. Very well laid out so as not to feel crowded. Camp hosts are friendly,and knowledgeable. It is one of our favorite campgrounds!

I would like to go back to the days when you didnt need a reservation ahead of time. That makes it difficult for spur of the moment campers to get a full hookup site. Especially on a weekend. Specifically at Indian Creek Campground in Missouri, make the West Campground first come first served. If a site is available, you can occupy it for up to 15 days.

Indian creek is a wonderful place to camp because of all the mature trees and all paved road to walk or ride bikes. It could use more full hookups because they are hard to find on weekends. We have camped and fished at Indian Creek for many years through all the changes made which are now reservation’s online.

We thoroughly enjoyed our latest camping adventure. However we still fervently DO NOT like the required reservation system to get a reserved campsite. For people who want to camp longer that just one weekend, it is extremely difficult to find full service campsites that are available. Campers block the sites on the weekends making full service sites unavailable for longer stays.

For visitors planning a trip during a weekend, it is important to make your reservations well (up to 6 months) in advance. Weekend visitors will typically block the full hookup sites making it difficult to stay for more than a few days.I long for the time when you could drive up, find an open site, and stay in that site for up to two weeks. That is impossible now.

Indian Creek is a well cared for campground. It was a little confusing to find our site because the front gate was not manned. We did not use the common areas, so no idea of the condition of bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay, the sites are spaced far apart and shady. Our Verizon phone service worked fine.
