the absolute worst aspect of camping at Bucksaw is "the check in and check out times". check out at 6pm makes no sense,--- 11AM for check in and check out would be much betterCheck in after 11am on day of arrival --Check out by 11am on day of departure.Overall "C" campsites where we always go is a pleasant experience and staff personnel great.One thing, if money would allow-more sites at C with full hookups would be great!

We stayed at in C55. The main section of C loop is pretty much all full hook up. This is our 2nd year of having 6 or more of the spots for a group of friends to spend a week together, sharing meals, an evening fire and lots of fun. C loop is wonderful. There is a bathroom in the loop and shower house just one street over. We were there at the end of the booking season and the grass probably could have been mowed but it was not terrible. C55 has a lot of shade. The bath house was keep very clean and stocked. The camp hosts were very nice. easy to work with. The main thing about Bucksaw is thiswhile we are only 13 miles from home, you dont even know it. The stress of the world just slips off your shoulders.

The camp host was very nice and helpful getting me in a day early and all the camp site are spread out away from each other.

Can only speak to campground C, which is full hook-ups...Clean and well maintained..The times I have driven around camp grounds A & B---seem to appear in good condition..

The C loop at Bucksaw is an amazing place. Lots of space between spots and a big open area where you can play large games. The Park Hosts, the Sterns, are absolutely the best. The electricity was very consistent at 120 volts. A few times it dropped to 116, but well within acceptable limits. This is a gem. I have been here several times this year and last and will be back a couple more times in 2022.
