Nice campsites with lots of room. Electric and water only on B loop.

Easy reservation and arrival process. Good access to water. More shade on this spot would have made it a 5 star.

Our site was beautiful, roomy, and shady. The problems with Loop A are: no water hookups; dump station is closed down, so can't use sewer tote because the station at Loop B is too far to safely haul to; no facilities beyond a chemical toilet. Why does Loop B have all the amenities while Loop A had practically nothing??

Need to clean the Pavilion better and empty trash daily. We timed them they was there for 5:00 minutes and left. Check out time needs to be Two oclock not six thats way too late. Also need a very small kind of night by the bathrooms its so dark down there at the restrooms. Doesnt need to be big. Thanks.

The bathrooms & showers were not clean. The beach was closed. Some spots had little shade which made it hard to stay cool in 90 weather even with AC. I would not return to this campground. The positive is that the other campers were friendly!

We used this campground as an overnight stay on the way to our final destination and on the way back. The sites were spacious and had plenty of tree canopy. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice park. At times too many non-campers, locals using the boat ramp.

Very peaceful place to stay,Felt like the fire pit was to close to our camper even though we parked as far over as we could.But over all it was a great area.

We were engaged in a kayak-to-camp activity and chose Thibaut Point Campground as our destination for our first night. The location from the water to the campsite was great for our stay, as we could leave our kayaks in a safe location as we unpacked and set up our campsite. We were early to the campsite, so only a few RV's were set up. As the day progressed, more campers arrived. We had two things happen that we thought were worth making note of. The people who came to the adjoining campsite to us brought with them 4 dogs. Although the dogs were well behaved when the owners were present, when they left the next morning for the day, the 4 dogs were left alone, tied to trees and barking for the rest of the morning so that the remaining campers could enjoy the sounds of their barking. Perhaps a limit on the number of pets that are allowed is appropriate. The second thing that happened was the people in the RV directly across from us left their lights on for the entire night, making it difficult to sleep. While I recognize I may be alone with these complaints, I thought it was worth noting for others who are looking for a quiet experience.

Well maintained, beautiful swim area, nice boat launch and parking. Restrooms need a little love and washer/dryers work but have seen better days. $2 to wash $2 to dry, theres a lot of people through here so its all well used.Deer, turkey, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits and birds a plenty.

Our original reservation was for site 11, when we got there, though, it was clearly not suitable for our little camper. It was not level and although right on the water was very small and cramped. So we moved to site 18, which was actually a really lovely site although Rocky. we saw pileated woodpeckers and lots of birds, including an eagle across the point. It was a nice place to stay. The showers are far away and you have to drive to them and the closest toilet is a pit toilet. When we drove around and explored the area. We discovered that Harry Truman state park is a beautiful place very close by and if we return to the area will likely stay there. The sites are large and the park is well-maintained.

Little piece of heaven, for a night of stay, there is a beach area half a mile to our spot. Well kept with water hookup.

The camp site has water and electric only. (No Sewer hook up) It is quiet and it has many large shade trees. Gravel pads are pretty level and easy to get in to. There is a boat ramp and a swim beach within a mile of the camp sitef. Crappie, Catfish and Bass fishing is excellent. Even if you do not have a boat there are lots of good bank fishing spots and many great fishing guides in the area. The area volunteer is awesome. (Tanya) She is friendly and helpful with local the local area.

Site had enough room for camper and to park the boat trailer with room to spare. There was a trail to the water from the site. Park rangers drove thru the campground so it felt very safe.

We have been here many times and always had positive experiences. We stayed in the new loop with water hookups for the first time and it was great. Power and water hookups worked great. The site was huge and level. It was quiet and peaceful. We were able to walk to the beach and around the area. The restrooms were clean and the dump station was easily accessed. This is a great campground, especially during the week when it is quieter.

I just used PerfectCamp.com to book six consecutive August nights at the most popular campsite in one of the most popular campgrounds in Humboldt Redwoods State Park in California. That is not anything I could have accomplished anywhere else with the ease I did here! Thank you, PerfectCamp! I LOVE this site! You will find me on several other camping sites but the design, format, functionality, and personality of this the best. It’s fresh and clean.

@Wondering - Oregon

Wow! Woke up this morning to a notification that a favorite had opened at Paulina, and when I went to check, it was there. This membership just paid for itself in the first 24 hours I owned it. Couldn't take the site it conflicted with a trip already set, but it truly was there. Thanks Tons.

@CarlaLThompson - Colorado

I just love this site and I tell everyone about it! It's so competitive to secure desired campsites and the alerts really help track when sites free up. The best part of this story is our alert notified a cancellation the next day!!!!!! Just incredible!!!
