We love this campground, but the water is horrible, its full of rust. Our dogs wouldnt even drink it.

Lost water for a couple of days and it rained, but overall great time. Am planning on going back.

This campground is a truly lovely escape. We went July 3rd thru 5th and although the campground was quite booked, it never felt crowded and never loud. The rangers were visible often and very helpful. My only reason for not giving a better rating was the shower housees. I have low expectations of campground bathrooms to start with but I have an adult disabled daughter in a wheelchair. These bathrooms and showerhouses are only technically handicap accessible in that bars have been installed and the toilet is higher. However, no wheelchair can get into any stall, let alone close enough for safe transfer. The showers have a 4 inch step into a drainage trench which is fine if you can stand. Again, you can't even get the chair into the shower. let alone how is a disabled person who normally cannot stand/walk supposed to step down into a trench? I was expecting a corp of engineers bathroom to have had more engineering thought applied to the ADA standards placed in the bathhouses.

Nice sites. Wood and Ice should be available for sale year round. Should be more sustainable by providing recycling bins.

Love the campground, but hate the lights on the electric box!!! Should be able to turn off!
