Pros: Host was amazing, huge, well spaced out sites, clean, but dated bathhouse, with sink(woman's side only)for doing dishes. Cons: Out in the middle of nowhere. Make sure you are well stocked up before getting into area. Cell service is spotty & only 3 TV channels...all PBS. Would defiantly return, if in area.

Great place, third time. We met with 5 other couples from our HS days for the second time and enjoy this place and the view very much.

We had a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. It was a peaceful, clean campground. The swim beach was great! We've already booked our return for August.

I had site # 44. Such a panoramic beautiful view!😍♥️ Enjoyed my stay! All of the people camping around me were very pleasant, and friendly! Appreciate the staff making frequent rounds and checking on everyone, helps to make you feel secure. Piney Grove is just a little piece of heaven close by!🙌🏻

Have been staying at Piney Grove at least once a year for several years. We love the beauty of Bay Springs. The condition of the campgrounds has declined and could use some serious TLC.

We were there at the beginning of March so mornings were in the 40’s but warmed up quickly. Park Attendant Bobby Owen greeted us each day as he was making rounds and we were getting steps in. He was sociable and a wealth of information. He should probably be paid more. We had a great time and look forward to camping there again!

The RV Park Staff were very kind and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The view of the lake from our space was beautiful and the sunset was magnificent. My wife and I decided to stay there on our way home the very next week.

The campground is very nicely kept. I really have no complaints but it would be nice if the host were more excessable. I pasted the front office several times durning our four night stay and it was closed every time. I wonder, who's checking traffic? No tag was isued for my vehicle.Mike

One of the most beautiful campgrounds in the south, the water is very clear and inviting and the beaches are really fun to walk along, explore and play. There are multiple fishing piers and boat launches with floating docks. Very few sites do not have a view of the river and waterway area.The campsites are engineered extremely well making nearly every site a perfect site. Looked like all had 15/30/50a service + water, with sewer avaialable next to the restrooms / host sites. In addition to having a very lengthy paved RV pad (32' TT + truck with another 10' extra), there's a very large & well constructed campsite pad with picnic table, fire pit and trash tree. Camp hosts were extremely friendly & courteous and kept the restroom area swept well, we were there during the autum when leaves dropped relentlessly.At the campground site#44 our ATT cellular service was 2-3 bars and completely functional, though on the drive to the campground from Booneville there were multiple areas with no service. There's a sign at the restrooms advertising seemingly free wifi service but it doesn't work, only the pay-for service seems available and it was too pricey for me to try out.The restoom facilities are seriously outdated and visually unappealing, but everything was functional and worked well. A lot of the stuff was closed due to COVID like the beach /swimming areas, laundry facilities, ampitheatre, restrooms at the boat launches, vending machines, etc.No firewood is available at the campground, so you need to bring your own or pay $8.50 per tiny bundle at the only convienance store near the campground.Overall a really amazing area and I'm looking forward to coming back and spending much more time here.

We love going to Piney Grove Campground. We were on a waterfront spot and could watch the boaters and barges. The weather was perfect for building a campfire. Throughly enjoyed relaxing and riding bikes.
