The campsites gave plenty of space and provide a picnic table, grill and small fire pit. Bath house facilities are very clean. Which there was septic without having to go to dumping location. We had a great camping experience and the three grandkids enjoyed it also

Very nice campground. This is our second time staying here. The spots have plenty of room, your not right up next to your neighbor, unless you want to be, they have several spots that are kind of paired together, sort of in a "y" configuration, so if you camp with family or friends in more than 1 camper you can be near but not on top of each other. As we walked and drove around the campground to "mark" the spots on our campground map that we would prefer the next time we come, we realized there were no bad spots, some were better than others, but not by much. Instead of marking the ones we wanted, we ended up marking the ones we did not want, and that was only because our trailer would not fit, too long for the spot. It is always clean, grounds and bathhouses, paved spots with plenty of room for RV's and tow vehicle, very nice large gravel area (ours was probably 25' by 15') with picnic table, fire rings and grill. Plenty for the kids to do, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, etc. Easy in and out, the water of Bay Springs Lake is very nice, the gate attendants were very nice and accommodating, there is an ice machine at the office with a pay box (honor system). There is also a very nice boat ramp with a long fishing pier inside the campground and another boat ramp just outside the campground, both have plenty of parking for truck and trailer. This is going to be our new go to park because it is so nice and only an hour away. We only stayed 3 nights but are already planning to get a few weeks in this year, if possible. The power was stable and appropriate ( I have a fairly expensive surge protector that checks for hi, low, correct wiring, hertz, etc.) and water pressure was fine, although I do use a regulator. The only negative was the water had a bad taste, but we just use bottle water for drinking and making tea and coffee, brushing teeth, etc., just used their water for washing and flushing. No sewer connections, but two dump stations as your leaving. AAA+++++++++
