Good place to relax. However the road surface is no longer suitable to ride bikes. Much to uncomfortable for to propagation cracks and possibly root cracks. Roads need complete overhaul before bikes can be again enjoyed by me.

Site was tight and un level. Bathrooms are terrible. Mayflies made it impossible to do anything outside.

This is a unique campground, not only are the roads flat making it easy to ride your bike, the walking path was a nice bonus as well as the barges coming by our campsite and cell service! All of these added together make a great place to visit. And a short ride to town for supplies or dinner out to mix things up. I cannot say enough good things about this campground. We have already make another reservation! For a total of 3 visits in just 3 months:) The attendant was extremely helpful as well!!

Just spent one night on our way to Florida. Just a couple of miles off 45. Clean and very quiet park during our stay.

Nice park but could use a few improvements like the wood replaced on picnic tables, roads redone, and under growth removed to allow better views of river. Overall the park is clean and convenient to town.

Very nice clean campground with spacious sites. Not full hookup but with the scenery we didn’t care. Right on the Tombigbee River. Definitely will visit again! $24. A night $12. With discount.

Great campground. Awesome park attendants. Level spot with a view of the river. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice concrete walking/biking trail thru the woods along the backwaters of the river. Saw numerous squirrels and deer while there. Can’t wait to return.

We have a 37’ class A Motorhome and stayed in a pull-thru site. Very nice park and enjoyed our stay.

I had a excellent experience at Dwayne Hayes. The park host was very friendly. The site was very clean and so were the bathrooms.
