This is a great place to stay, love the walking trail and seeing the barges -

We love this campground and have stayed there a number of times. We enjoy seeing the barges going up and down the river. Lots of wildlife to view even seen some bald eagles. The bathhouse is clean and grounds are maintained but like all the COEs we have camped at in Mississippi and Alabama they could use some TLC. Their roads are beginning to deteriorate and need repaving. Apparently our tax dollars are stretched thin in this department or wasted somewhere else. They have increased their prices from a year ago but are still a bargain.

We love this park with the very wide sites and being on the river. We stop here many times enroute to Oxford, Ms Ole Miss.

Favorite go to for local camping. Peaceful, beautiful, friendly. Park well cared for with friendly and helpful staff. Great for bike riding and kayaking. Close to town for supplies.

One of the nicest parks we've ever stayed in. We had a waterfront site and the view was outstanding. Everything about the park was first class. Highly recommend. Will stay again next time we are in the area.

Dewayne Hayes is a beautiful campground. We camped in a 3 room tent on site 88. We were right on the water. Love watching barges come by.

We absolutely love this park. It is so peaceful with plenty of room for roaming. On the Tom Bisbee River. Very out of the way and secluded but 15 min. TO restaurants etc. Our go to place while visiting family in Columbus
