Ive camped here on Memorial Day weekend for years and always enjoyed how well the grounds was kept, however this past Memorial Day weekend was different. The grass looked as though it had not been cut all season. Fallen trees and trees had not been taken care of. Very disappointing based on the past years. Not sure why it was in that shape.

The campground was not being maintained. I was told they haven't had a maintenance contract since June and this is October 2023. The bath house was very dirty and the grass was very high. Sites and streets needed blown off, very disappointed because usually this is a very nice place to stay.

This campground needs some serious updating. The host was very nice but seemed to have lots to do so many things werent up to par. We had a beautiful site but had to clean the site before we set up. The bathrooms were like port a potties. No light, nothing to wash our hands and the door barely closed. We did enjoy walking and biking the area. The lake was gorgeous.

Well the people next to us were rude, there was garbage in the campsite like papers, plastic and beer bottle twist tops , pine needles and Leaves. covering the ground, the bar be q was filthy. the rest room was a stinking mess smelled like shit and toilet papers all over the floor GROSS. Other than that, it was just OK. The whole park look run down the grass is a foot high in most places, so the knits and mosquitos are thick.

Beautiful lake, beautiful camp, well thought out, hot showers, clean facilities, clean sites... quiet and peaceful..a rare gem! Hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely return on our travel through the area!

Great time. Need to get rid of rocks around bank so you can tie up your boat without having it tore up!!!
