We enjoyed our time at the campground, and it offered nice hiking trails and biking access to downtown Ocean Springs.

Conveniemt site for New OreleansJean Lafitte Reserve needs to be on the visit listThe fish market next door has great variety of products - large shrimps at $6 per lbSome of the boardwalks need maintenance - appreciate it is an ongoing taskThe tarmac sites are narrow for todays larger trailers making it difficult to get steps down

Nice little park. Showers could use more hot water. Lots of walking. Visitors center is really nice and informative.

Beautiful campground. Large trees. Felt remote but actually very close to the city of Ocean Springs.

First, the Park Ranger working the first week in October was so nice and helpful at a very busy time. The camp is simple but level and was clean. And while away from noise so very easy to get to the very nice town of Ocean Springs. Definitely hope to stay there again.

Our stay at the Davis Campground was very nice. The road into the campground is beautiful and well maintained. Once we arrived at the campground we were greeted by two campground host. Both were very helpful and informative. The campground is patrolled by the local police. Our site was clean with very friendly neighbors. We are hikers and we found there were very few trails available for hiking. We did find one nice trail, though it wasn't very long. The weather was very stormy during this stay, but we still enjoyed out time there. We had a delicious lunch at the "Lost Pizza" restaurant. The service was good with friendly servers.

Nice roomy campsites with electricity. Showers with plenty of hot water. Campground rv dumping so when you leave you’re all set to keep exploring.

Those campground is older and the spaces are small and EVERYONE has a big rig. So we didn't quite fit on the site. Big drop off on the campsite between the asphalt and ground. Don't stay in #12 it's an ankle breaker. We were a 37ft TT and a full size truck.

Popular place - Got (2) 1-night reservations at different sites. Both were fine. Sites are tight together, so not much privacy between us and the neighbors, but neighbors are friendly.

Even though you travel through a very populated area to arrive at the campgrounds they were pleasantly peaceful,& very quiet. Very nice area.

We enjoyed our stay in January 2021. We stayed 10 days. The bathrooms and showers were kept clean. Park Rangers drive through a lot. The campground host was around a lot too. The trails were closed but that was ok with us, we just walked around the campground. The campground is close to shopping. We went to town for groceries and firewood. We noticed some of the longer motor homes had problems getting around the loop that was to the right at the fork past the bathroom. It was a pretty tight turn. We were in a 26 ft motorhome so we didn’t have issues. We would stay here again.

Super nice place. Excellent value for the money. Great location very close to all manner of amenities. 5 stars.

Quiet. Camped at the end of the one way end loop. Sharp drop-off when we stepped off of the edge of the asphalt from the door.
Ankle twister big time. Our dog had a hard time with it, too. Hookups worked fine. Great place for bicycling and walking. Some destruction of boardwalks due to the 2020 hurricane season. Dump station driveway leans away from the dump pipe, we used levelers on the right side to push the camper skyward and to adequately drain the tanks. Campground is surrounded by neighborhoods, commercial district at the entrance to the park. No-See-Ums (salt marsh midges) can be a significant problem in the warmer months, beware and bring bug spray and proper screening. Lots to do in area, especially in downtown Ocean Springs. We would camp here again, but only in the cool months when the bugs are greatly diminished.
