Clean lot, excellent service at the gate, quiet surroundings..We were able to rest and relax without any interruptions..Wish we could have stayed longer..

After 5 years traveling in an RV, this is my #1 campground. Absolutely beautiful with not one problem. Highly recommend this place. And its a COE CG, so your senior pass will get you in for half price.

Upon arrival at this beautiful, lakeside COE campground, you are greeted by very friendly and helpful hosts. This is a nicely wooded campground on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. The lake is wider here and the sunsets are spectacular! The camper pads are concrete and you have electric and water hook ups. One of my reasons for 4 stars is the slightly narrow pads in the first loop. The only loop open in winter. We stayed in site 14 with our 42 fifth wheel. It was plenty long, but a bit narrow with our slides out. One slide was against the water faucet and we had to put a board under our stairs because they came down on the steps to the fire pit area.The bathrooms are clean and well maintained, with showers and toilets. The laundry room was closed.Theres a beach area in the 3rd loop, and an overwater picnic gazebo. There are also 3 fishing piers scattered along the shore line of the campground.Weaving through the woods between the camp loops is a beautiful, forested trail. It was originally paved with asphalt, however it is now quite aged and the lighting is badly needing repair.Near the gate house is nice playground, picnic pavilions, and the historical center.Overall, this a beautiful, well maintained campground and we plan to return.

Nice park. Great place to ride bikes - both in the park, and on the trail that runs beside the river.

I arrived without a reservation. Though the park was almost empty I had to find a way to go on line and make a reservation while I was sitting at the camp. The host was very nice and I understood that they had to follow procedures. The park is very nice park but is very dated and in need of a lot of TLC. I did enjoy our time there. most sites were well spaced and level. Will stay there again if in the area.

Easy check in, site was clean and ready, got all set up and was comfortable for the two night stand we had there. Two nights is all we want WITHOUT SEWER. Wow, what an improvement it would be if more RV parks had FULL HOOK UPs!!!!! Even though the park was almost full it was quiet and no problems of any kind.

Absolutely beautiful views . We're on our honeymoon! This place is just perfect. Clean too. The staff members were extremely nice. We'll be back for sure!!!
