We love this park. It is a beautiful campground with sites spaced out nicely so that you dont feel crowded. It would be great if they reopened up the laundry facilities as other COE parks have. There are updates in work within the campground and it will be excellent seeing those updates completed. Did I mention, we love this park.

Facilities were not in working order. All toilets were clogged. Garbage overflowing. Hosts let encroaching party of 20 on next site over to swim without a reservation. Park rangers were overbearing and harassing ( 20x a day drive bys) because I reported the encroaching non payer parties they let in the gate. It is not a secure place. It is not a clean facility.

Stayed on a weekend in March. Campground was about 80% full. Bath and showers were clean. Concrete pad with adjacent gravel area for screen room, tent, etc. Laundry facilities were closed during our stay. Paved bike trail nearby. Limited walking trails within the campground. One dump station and trash collection area near the check-in. Good Verizon signal.

The park is beautiful, the trails are great inspite of a fair amount of storm damage, the trails were clear and easy to navigate. The sites are great in the park, some are close and some are well separated so there are sites for your personal preference. The hosts are great and we enjoy chatting at length with them during their rounds. The rangers are quick to respond if items are reported that need attention related to site safety conditions. they are friendly and take pride in their jobs. This was our 3rd trip to the park and look forward to more stays here

Such a beautiful park with great sites and great walking trails. The camp host are so nice, helpful and really take care of the grounds. We love Whitten Park and will be back for sure.

Very noisy; no park management as to quite time; trash on grounds, grass uncut around sites; no soap in bathrooms.

It was a great weekend camping trip. Our site was beautiful and it was very quiet in the area we camped. The park attendants were very nice & helpful (I think their names were Bobby & Brenda). The restrooms were very clean. Our site was very clean when we arrived. We had an overall good, restful time.

The campground is fantastic. Very well maintained. Bathhouse are very clean. Lots of things to do. Walking paths, fishing, boating. Lots of access to the river. The nights were very quiet. There is shopping and restdraunts within a few miles...perfect place for a week or just an overnight stay.

We love Jamie Whitten Campground in Fulton, MS. Very helpful and friendly camp host. The Corps of Engineers keeps the campground in great shape have not ever had any issues with the camp sites.
