Every campsite is large and spaced out from your neighbors with beautiful views of the sunrise if you are lucky enough to get one of the campsites on the side next to the lake. My pups and I enjoyed walking every day and relaxing at our campsite.

Excellent campsites at a great location. The campground roads need repair/repaving. Bathrooms were adequate. The showers could use hangers.

North Abutmant is a great place to stay. Host are friendly and helpful. Would have gave it a five star except for the thru traffic not observing the speed limit on the campgrounds. We had to stay on guard duty flagging the speeding cars down to protect the children playing. Overall great place .

We loved this site #25 ! Other Greta’s are Spots #85,87 that are directly on the small lake that is great for fishing, has designated swimming, playground and kayaking, #86 is across the street from the small lake It’s a Great Shady Summer spot! This campground is our favorite , it’s always clean , the Camp host and his staff are very cordial and present. Great for kids and family. There is a great Mexican restaurant called No Way Jose in Grenada

Garlington’s are the absolute best hosts. Very nice, courteous and extremely helpful. Mr. Daniel takes extreme pride in keeping the campsites ready for our visits.

Very nice campground. The roads inside the campground were in really bad shape. (Horrible). Not good for RV’s at all.
Other than that it’s OK

This is a beautiful, smallish campground outside of Grenada, Mississippi that overlooks Grenada Lake. Situated on the north end of the dam, the campground is divided up in to three-ish sections with our site overlooking the lake. We had full hookups that gave us no problems. One minor electrical item: the ceramic insulator on the 30 amp plug receptacle was partially broken off but the service was never interrupted. One word of semi- caution: in the pictures our site looked level when in fact the pad site was level but you needed to back up a fairly steep 50 foot incline at an odd angle to get there. Not the best choice for a novice camper (me!). Two bathhouses were available, one was newly remodeled and nice and the other was, um, not. Great security-- we saw the sheriff and park ranger go by multiple time per day. Overall a great camping location for an overnight or a few days like we did. 15 mins to a very nice Walmart and local shopping. If you go in town to eat, check out Jake and Rip's. This is a campground we will visit again. See my pics at https://youtu.be/897wkddMkjs

This campground has concrete sites that are spacious and in excellent condition. There are several pull through sites. There is plenty of room between sites. The campground hosts are friendly and helpful. Many sites have a good view of Grenada Lake. North Abutment is very quiet except for the sound of children having a good time (great to hear). Overall a beautiful and well-maintained campground. We camped at North Abutment in a Travel Trailer.
