We made this a one night stay on our way back to Michigan from Louisiana. We had a wonderful pull thru site....very large and backed up to the woods. We had a view of the reservoir. I didn't get a chance to check out the shower house, but it seemed neat and tidy from the outside. Like the electric and water hook-up. We have never been disappointed with an ACOE campground.

This is a beautiful place. The sites on the lake have the best view but even the off lake ones still are very nice. Some of the sites are not level. We were in site 33 which is a pull through site and was plenty long for our 40 ft 5th wheel and tow vehicle.

We always enjoy our time at North Abutment. The people who are in charge were all very friendly. I really enjoy the app and the ease of renting a space.

It was our first time staying there and I can honestly say it was enjoyable and very clean. It is a place I will look forward to be going back to.

Good internet, nice bath house , sites nicely spaced with sites fairly level cement pads. Would come back ! Camp host was very nice.
