There is no lake, but this was a great one-night stop location. As with most campgrounds, the showers / bathrooms need some updating. These were kept clean so that was a plus. We liked it enough to book it for our trip home as well.

saw an eagles nest with young eagles. bath houses well kept, worked great. quiet. sheriff made rounds.

Overall, not a bad place to stay. It would have been nice to know that the lake has been drained due to a problem with the dam. All those pretty lake views in the pictures are not there right now. In the mens' showers there needs to be a better shower curtain solution -- the curtains are hung too high so that the water goes everywhere and out onto the floor in the dressing part of the stalls. If the curtains were lower the water has a better chance of staying inside the shower. Then, dressing would be a lot easier and dryer. The restroom area was kept nice and clean which was appreciated. Again, not a bad place to stay. Quiet, and a good place to camp out for a few nights.

Very clean restrooms. We stayed one night only but it appears to be very clean. Quiet and peaceful. The lake must be really low this year 2023.
