Beautiful camp ground. The woman who is the campground host is a great asset to the place. She was very welcoming and friendly making the experience very enjoyable

Nice campsite (#30). Did a little biking. Clean, quiet. Drove into Walker, which is nice. Great price. Not a great view of the lake but the dam is right there. Plan ahead and buy wood somewhere near the campground. We had electric but there are some sites with full hookups.

Very beautiful area with lots of trees and close to the water. It was an easy access to put the boat in. Quiet area and large camp site.

We had an excellent stay at this campground. The sites are spacious with lots of shade. The host were extremely friendly and wanted to make your stay fantastic. We will definitely use this campground in the future.The Burrells from Bogart Georgia GOOO DAWGS

Campground large, QUIET, lots of older campers, as this is COE. Wooded sites. Large sites, many private. Ours (30) very good; others on perimeter are nice, too. Mosquitos!

It would be nice if there were better information on the boat tie anchors in the channel. There was conflict when an elderly man started removing other people's ropes they had secured to anchors. Boaters leave their ropes attached to the anchor, so they have the spot to tie their boat upon returning. It's a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a rope tied are you there first, even though your boat may not be tied up at the moment?

My husband and I first stay at Leech Lake was a great experience. From checking in to our leaving was at ease. After checking in, my husband was able to unhook our boat from our fifth wheel and leave it in the parking lot until we got our fifth wheel set up. Then with plenty of room in our site we were able to fit both truck and boat. Enough privacy between the sites with gorgeous trees. We loved it so much we made Leech Lake our first camping area for 2020.

we had a great time camping for two nights on Leech lake. The mosquitoes came in a dusk, but that's Minnesota in the summer. VERY CLEAN and kept grounds, would highly recommend.
