please fix your site so that all the campsites are available to look at on the campground map...not just sites in the first loop.

Beautiful rustic campground, In the middle of sleeping bear bay, surrounded by the Manitou islands, Pyramid Point and sleeping bear dune. If you can be without electricity, flush toilets this is the place for you.We got six days of little rain and the bay lets us paddle four days. The biking is unreal rolling bike paths for miles.A little slice of heaven.

The campground was clean and will maintained and the beach was beautiful! I haven't seen water that clean in a long time!

A fabulous campground. Well-maintained and private, with nice tent areas (easier to get your stakes in). Close to gas/groceries in Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear, the Platte River, and more. Amazing Lake Michigan views from the campgrounds beach at sunset.

I and my family have been camping at DH Day for over 20 years and am so pleased this amazing park is in my home state. I used to sleep overnight in my car in order to get a site bc we loved the place so much. I'm sad to say it's no longer our favorite bc in recent years we've found the park to be excessively noisy. Whether it's people playing music on the beach where we used to quietly enjoy the stars over the lake or the running of generators or the constant slamming of car doors at all hours, it's come to feel like we no longer fit here. I sure wish there were preserves for people in the country/state who especially cherish listening to nature. We do backpacking but quiet base camping options might also be highly popular.
