Great place to camp. Large campsites.

This was the most well maintained campground we have stayed in. Beautiful sites and location.

We enjoyed our campsite and everything about our stay except that I registered with my lifetime national park pass but because our son drove his vehicle and my pass was in the glove box of our vehicle at home I was charged an additional $25. It seems the attendant couldve confirmed my identity with my drivers license instead of charging the additional $25.

Really nice campground. All paved roads, many paved sites, mostly back-in with a few pull throughs. Fill up with water on the way in. Then, water spigots available for small containers. Quiet. Nice sites in a mixed deciduous/coniferous setting. Fairly level in campground, sites are nice and level. Good electric service. Great trails nearby. Try canoeing down the Platt River, nice and easy trip. Good restaurants within 15 miles. Would visit again in a heartbeat. Verizon service was good. Not a whole bunch of OTA DTV. Amphitheatre is first class, unfortunately no programs during out stay.

I love how site 125 was set up. Plenty of space between sites and everyone around was very respectful. Plus it was right across the street from the restrooms and shower house. The best showers I have seen I love how they are very private! Definitely be coming back in the coming years! I could keep going on.

We love this campground! If you love to hike, this is the place for you! Many miles of trails, many miles of Lake Michigan shoreline to explore. Bathrooms/shower rooms are clean and convenient. Great place!
