Great campsite. Pit toilet was kept clean. Site was in great condition although tent pad could have been bigger. I was pleased to see the sites namesake, beavers, hard at work.

Quiet, private campground tucked away in the lakeshore. Had a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back.

I had a nearly impossible time booking this or any national park campground. We had site 2 for a night and then site 1, while others in the campground were shifting around as well. In talking to other campers they had similar issues booking and were frustrated. I have since learned that Rec.gov is run by a billion dollar corporation with ties to DC. They are paid well to run this site and collect fees. I strongly urge you to look at the history of Rec.gov and their use of a .gov website.

Excellent location and great trails to hike. Bit of a drive to get in, but well worth it.

Great little campground…short hike to beautiful twelve miles beach
The view from site #2 was terrific and did not disappoint. We even saw a beaver! We were dry camping in a 25’ motorhome. Everyone else was tent camping. Nicely quiet.
Stayed at campsite #2. Had a great little spot of the water all too myself. Thick bushes surrounded the sides of the site so you have a quite a bit of privacy. Very clean, no bugs, a bit chilly but nothing a Hoodie and some sweats couldn't handle. Overall great location near the water. Beautiful sunrise right across the water. Hiking trail in the area was phenomenal. Great pathway though the woods, across a steam and to the beach.

We had a great stay at Little Beaver Campground on Halloween night. We were in site 2, which has a beautiful view of the water. The campsite was clean, and the other people staying were quiet and considerate. The bathrooms were closed at this point in the season. The campground is super convenient if you plan to do some hiking in the area as there is trailhead parking just up the road from the campground as well as some trails that start right at the campground.

Great small campground, beautiful and very clean, right on a big loop trail, good hiking, no cell signal
Caution with the road out to the sight. It's a single road that needs to be taking carefully. There are many potholes and you have to be aware of other oncoming vehicles. Otherwise, an awesome campsite!
