We stay at Greenbelt at least twice yearly as we travel to DC or further south. We enjoy the park's tranquillity and close proximity to the Metro. We do not like, however, the poor condition of the bathroom in Loop B. While fairly clean, the bathroom is in significant need of repairs. It's shabby without being g chic! Would highly recommend a stay at Greenbelt with the above caveat.

Nice quiet park with nice trails. However, roads and restrooms are very dated and need to be replaced. Cleaning and maintenance of restrooms was also not very good.

I loved the campground. Easy drive to the metro station and a clean camp with 24 hr in and out. I also appreciated how quiet the camp was. It was beautiful

Such an amazing place to spend time. Staff was awesome. Facilities were great. Location unbelievable so good. Before visiting, I had never heard of Greenbelt Maryland, now the city and the park are both favorites of mine. Thank you so much!Dave

Convenient to DC. Down drive a large vehical to the closest subway station. There's only a parking garage and no where to park large vehicles. If the day is nice it's an easy walk to the subway

There was nothing marking our site as reserved for us, it still said it was open after camping there 4 days, so anyone else could have set up there while we were out. No sign of park employees to check us in. Very hard to discern whether the dump station was actually open, as cones were placed blocking the access road, and water was shut off at the dump station. Roads crumbling, litter everywhere, clearly this park has not received the funding or staffing it needs to be properly maintained. The trails have been closed for about a year with no sign of work being done. Really a disgrace that this represents the state of our national parks.

Nice park that is very underused. There was only 4 campers on my loop. It was close to the train station with access to Washington DC in 30 minutes.The bathrooms could use a little attention, but is always nice to have a hot shower at the end of the day.

GC was quiet, not very full in early March. Some sites were very unlevel. B46 was decently level, I was able to level my short Class C with no leveling blocks needed. Didn't use the bathhouse. Several hiking trails near the campground that looked interesting, but I didn't get a chance to use them. About a 15 minute drive to the Greenbelt Metro station, which had parking for my RV on the weekend.

Easy to locate; convenient location to DC area; beautiful wooded setting; lovely walking trails!Recommendation: Bathroom facility needed cleaning and in time an upgrade.
