Camp sites were well taken care of. Quarter machine at the shower house was broken, but thankfully we brought plenty. Camp store was well stocked with random essentials and some sweet treats. Bathrooms near the site were clean and well lit. Rangers regularly driving by every once in a while made it seem very safe and family oriented. Visitors center was clean, and cave tour was great with a fun tour guide. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful campground with clean bathrooms, a nice Visitors center, and the caves are interesting and super fun to explore. A lot of construction going on and many trails closed, but in a year or so this will be a top notch park.

This review is specifically for the campground and not the park. Check-in office and hours were limited. Not a lot of patrolling of the campground. Generators of other campers not muffled and running during quiet hours. No site privacy and poor shade. Was still enjoyable, but there is a lot to be desired. No showers either, but bathrooms were fair. Water spouts are difficult to fill containers with.

Remote enough to feel immersed in the forest, the visitor center and cave tour starting points were very close by.

Our site was nice and shaded by large trees… it was July so it was very muggy in the tailer after quiet hours…

A great campsite. Located in walking distance to the camp store and visitor center. Shaded area.

Buy wood for your fire outside the park. They only have sawdust bricks.

Nice trails, but slow work on them as they are not a priority with several downed trees blocking trails for so long that hikers have already created trails around them. Beautiful area and nice campgrounds that only need electricity to make them better.

The entire campground was very shady and most of the sites were nice and flat. The only complaints we had were related to the restrooms and showers. There were not enough restrooms (one mens toilet and two womens toilets per bldg) and the showers were not in the campground; they were at the camp store and the lines were long.

Enjoyed our time at Mammoth Caves. A little short of staff with COVID, but well maintained. We didn't take the cave tour, too many people, we were told it was sold out. Nice hiking near the campgrounds. My only complaint is the generator noise at night in the campground. We will return to explore more.

Enjoyed the green river trail and bike trail along the old railroad path. Some very steep hills on the bike ride but okay to walk your bike. Want to come back when the lantern tours are available again.

Great camp site with well kept areas and restrooms. Quiet hours are enforced, and a great overall experience.
