This is our favorite place to camp. The campground is beautiful and has great amenities on site. My only complaint is that there were a lot of loud, screaming guests in the campground that made it difficult to enjoy what is supposed to be a peaceful experience.

We camped at the park and were able to walk to visitor center. All staff very helpful and friendly.

Mammoth cave has been a favorite spot for generations in my family. We have been tenters for years and just bought ourselves a camper. We took our camper to Mammoth on the way home from picking it up. We appreciated the pull thru option. The greatest gift of all was all the beautiful sounding insect and amphibians at night. National Parks are special places where wilderness thrives. The surface areas of Mammoth are almost a hidden secret, it has so much to offer.

Very clean campground, trails are well kept and the bathrooms are also well taken care of and evenly spread throughout the campground.

Wish the website was more clear that all the camp sites were primitive and that if you wanted to shower you would need 10 dollars in quarters to do so and label the shower house better other then that the close proximity to the visitor center and the deer family we had visit every morning and evening it was perfect for our 2 night one day stay at the park !
