Nice campground, bathroom and shower facilities were very clean. The laundromat was also clean. Able to hike a trail right from the campground.

great location! close to camp store and showers, bathrooms clean and close as well. Trails just a short walk, too. Would recommend this site. Not a whole lot of privacy in this spot but wasn't a problem for us.

Too crowded, the groups taken down in the caves were too big. The 2nd tour i took i could not keep up with the tour guide bc others infront of me kept taking selfies. I missed almost all of the tour. The camp site I stayed at the 1st night on site i was by the group that had 8 kids (under 7 yrs old) at it stayed up past 2200. There wasnt any staff there to assist.Back country is NOT maintained/forgotten about because its less traveled. I tried staying in the back country the 2nd night. Road and trail not kept. Had to talk in a gully if there was a snake i would have gotten bitten, and way too narrow for horses. I did not bring a horse either almost too narrow for a person.I go camping for the quite not all the noise. This is more like an amusement park. I was glad to leave early.

Beautiful campground with both bike and walking trails. Friendly staff. Nice facilities!

Very clean campground. Walking distance to the welcome center. Only thing that kept me from rating 5 stars was the fact there weren’t any free showers. Bath houses were clean and well lit.

The Mammoth Cave Campground was a great place to stay. I do wish they had more than one dump station!
