Campground seemed well maintained and easy to navigate, but it would have been nice to know that the showers were pay showers before showing up at the bathhouse.

Great campground especially for tent campers. Nice very spacious camp sites. Every site looked well shaded. Bathrooms were very clean. We even got to see deer wandering through the campground.

The campground is well maintained, easy to access, and was a fantastic choice for a quick getaway. Would highly recommend, and will return myself in the future. Mammoth cave entrance is within walking distance and opens a whole new realm of adventure, you should definitely take a cave tour while you are there (FYI pets are not allowed in the cave unless it is a service animal....doesn't extend to therapy animals).

The campsites are spread far apart giving you plenty of space for a great camping experience. The campground is well kept. The only complaint we have is the groundskeeper drove her cart literally right next to the side of our trailer in our camp spot instead of going into the campsite next to us that was empty!

Appreciate the efforts to keep part of the Cave open during the pandemic. Wish you had a little better wi-fi coverage around the visitor center.

due to covid there was only one tour available, but it was very wonderful and overwhelming. "Mammoth" deserves its name! We took the bike trail to Diamond cave also, that made for a really fun day and it was very interesting to see the difference in the two types of caves. The bike trail is just perfect, some fun stops on the way. Make sure you go on the trails to the "sinks", they were amazing too. The staff was keeping the campground clean, blocked off quite a number of the sites (which are well spaced) to keep the numbers of visitors down. Bathrooms cleaned regularly.
