The website was near impossible to book as it kept timing out due to my senior lifetime pass and then it said I had three bookings when I only wanted to book one. Luckily there was a guy at the kiosk so I could pay that wayI also booked a site back in April and another couple turned up and said they had already booked it. They were very rude as I was already set up. There was no cell service so could t show my April receipts the kiosk guy couldnt find it in the system either

We loved our stay at Mammoth Cave Campground. It was very close to the Visitors center. It was very wooded and beautiful and the price was great with our daughters America The Beautiful Disability pass.

The campground is beautiful, lots of trees. The staff are great, they went above & beyond. The history & geology of the caves is fascinating. However there is no wheelchair (ADA) shower in the park. The closest one is at a truck stop about 30 mins away.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful campground. Within walking distance to store, visitor center and some trails. Only issue, had difficult time finding a level site, staff VERY helpful

The rangers were amazing and extremely nice and helpful, the camp ground was clean and orderly, and the amenities were very squeaky clean!

The good: A beautiful park. The not-so-good: My site definitely got water-logged in the rain. The bathroom trash in the women's stalls was never emptied (I was there for two nights). The showers are quarter-operated which was not specified on the website when I booked. It's such a scam to pay for a campsite and also have to pay for showers.

We were here for Spring Break with five 12 year old girls. Sites are large, and ours, spot 38 is well shaded and right by the bathrooms. Well maintained roads and sites. Lovely stay! Even the preteens would stay again!

We had a great time hiking on the trail that follows much of the path of the Historic Mammoth Cave Railroad! The downer of the week was the constant changes to our campsite reservations, which seemed to happen every day. In the end, things worked out to the most part, but we ended up leaving early because of the difficulty of moving sites constantly with a small child. I'd recommend calling ahead and making sure everything is good to go, and printing out your reservations to bring with you.
