Site was extremely close to two other sites so no privacy.

We really enjoyed our two nights at this spot. It's close to basically everything you want when camping - restrooms, water pumps, convenience store, visitor center, and a number of trails. The spot for our tent was nice and flat, and everyone around us was welcoming and undisruptive. It's far enough from the main entrance to not have a ton of vehicles passing through. We'd definitely stay here again in the future.

The campground was beautiful and spacious but the shower house was horrible. It is old and was dirty. No hooks or bench in the stalls to hang or place belongings.

We stayed at Mammoth Cave National Park campground in a 29' travel trailer. We loved it! Our site was fairly level, easy in/out, pull through, crescent shape. Sites were very spacious, bathrooms were nearby, but showers were by the camp store. Easy hiking trails from the campground and east walk to the visitor's center.

I wanted to go on the self guided tour or the Mammoth tour because they were both short. Both of those are scheduled the day of, depending on if they have someone to lead them. I arrived as advised the day of and was told to come back in an hour. None ended up being scheduled. It seems odd that they don't know how many staff they will have on to conduct tours. You can book the longer tours in advance, but those were not the ones I wanted to go on. Other than that, the campground was fine.

Beautiful spot! Our group came and reserved sites 70, 72, 74, 77. Although each spot alone would be considered small, having everyone in our group combine our sites was amazing! Lots of space for the kids to play. Great loop for all the kids to ride their bikes. The bathrooms were very clean!

Staff very helpful when we had to change campsite due to poor condition of original site.

Spacious, clean sites and restrooms. Lots to do outside of cave tours - kayaking, hiking, bike trails, and fishing.
