First of all, the campgrounds need a total overhaul. Many sites want you to go one way but that puts your door on the wrong side of the site -- next to the road or the fire pit and table on the wrong side. The bathrooms need updating with showers. Having to go to the campstore and pay for gross looking showers there with quarters is VERY out of date. They have great bike trails except for the bigger rock they use on most of them instead of crushed limestone. the grounds are nice by the visitors center. We went for a hike by the visitors center and found that signs were not secured in the ground and anyone could face them the wrong way. You have a great park, just make updates and include electric on more sites also. Thank you

Ground was a bit rocky and some slope in the first loop but overall great! Bathrooms were insanely clean and sites were well separated.

We had some difficulty the day prior stopped later in the evening; we arrived without a reservation. The online reservation process was very good. We spent a few hours hiking the next morning and had a great time turning an otherwise difficult situation into a great experience.

Great campground to be near the park itself and the hiking trails.

Decent campground. Very nice cave tour. Lots of trails to walk. Overall very good experience!

We stayed at the campground for the Labor Day weekend. Good things first. Close proximity to the caves is a plus. The bathrooms are great: very clean and modern, with hot water, soap, changing tables for babies. There are laundry machines in the Service center.
Not-so-good things: sites are very close to each other, there is no privacy; picnic tables are made of concrete, they are cold as stone; there are no trail maps available, although the trails are great. The worst thing is that the showers are not free. You have to pay $1.50 in quarters for 4 minutes of running water.
Will not stay there again.

The campground itself was nicely kept. By the time we arrived around 5pm, we weren't able to access the store or purchase firewood, which seems like something that should be available later in the day. Our site was nice, there was plenty of foliage, and we had decent space between other campers. Would recommend!

The historical tour really was amazing and I can’t wait to come back to go all the way into the cave and do the wild cave tour!

The bathrooms were meticulously clean and easily accessible. Our camp area was small and in a high traffic area which I wish was stated before we reserved. The camp store and showers were close by and very convenient for our needs.
