The camp sites were very nice and relatively private for a National Park. The major drawback to the facility is that it does not have water at individual sites and it does not have showers. Adding showers would be a major improvement!!!

Campground was extremely clean and quiet. Great buffer areas between sites. Be aware there are no showers on the campground proper and the offsite facilities are a bit sketch. Will definitely book again!

The grounds were nice and clean. Bathrooms were amazing compared to previous campgrounds we've stayed in, thought the hand soap in the bathrooms was very watered down. Next to the bathrooms was a dishwashing station and a food scraps bin! Very cool! Sad there were no showers. Great views and trails. A little far from Bar Harbor, about an hour, if you're trying to also hike in the main park but if you want something slower and more quiet than the tourist area this is a great place.

Love the privacy and beauty of these campground tent sites. The landscapes and views from the sites are worthy, there’s plenty of room, the clean bathrooms are nearby, the Schoodic loop drive and hiking trails along it are scenic, and the electrical hookups bring most all the comforts of home right to you.
