Loved this clean well managed beautiful park. Best park Ive camped at out of many coast to coast.

Beautiful spacious sites, very helpful staff, stunning and accessible geography right in the park, and as importantly, non of the congestion/mass of humanity as experienced on Mt Desert Island.
If /when we return, we will stay at Schoodic Woods again.

A relatively new facility. The campsites are generously spaced and everything is in very good condition. However there is no hot water or showers and internet access at the campsites is spotty at best. Extensive bike trails but certain classes of e-bikes are prohibited. The Lower Harbor hiking trail is wonderful with moderate difficulty.
