Our camp hosts were incredibly kind. They were friendly when we arrived and expressed their concern when we returned late on night. I could see Katy going around camp and socializing with other campsites. The grounds are well maintained, and there are currently porta potties instead of full bathrooms. Nice beaches only a 5-15 minute drive north of the site. Overall very lovely!

Really amazing campground with access to incredible hikes and beaches. Its pretty much an open layout, so expect to get to know your neighbors and neighbors neighbors. Clean and well kept. The camp host was awesome. Only downside was the bathroom sinks didnt work. Otherwise, its highly recommended.

I stayed at Plaskett Creek from May 15 through May 19 in an A frame style tent with plenty of blankets, large area with a fire ring, picnic bench and a few trees plenty of shade. No showers in this camp but made due with boiling water and a bucket, bathrooms are flushing toilets and kept clean, No phone service but for me it was a plus. There are a few trails that lead down to the beach some off the beaten path. Beautiful Sunsets and on a clear sky plenty of stars. Camp host has plenty of firewood and some essential supplies i.e toothpaste and soap. Ive stayed in many campsites and this one by far was the most enjoyable I always stay in a tent so plan accordingly.

It was a nice place, but the restrooms and showers were not clean, guests shoot keep it clean by themselves but are to lazy to trow the trash in de cans. Also was there one family who made a lot of noice till 2 am.

This camping site was my one of the finest decision ever make for camping. The site number 11 was very comfy and easy access to restroom and the site manager Michael and his wife. They are very very helpful and super friendly as well as share information for things to do in there.Also, this camping area has some good quick stopped areas to see great views.Definitely 5 stars for camping.

Beautiful campsite with good trails and sunset views. Kind, helpful campground staff. Bathrooms were under repair and several portables were in place.

NO WATER AT CAMPGROUND. The posted description says they have flush toilets and water faucets, but they don't--grubby vault toilets only. The business that runs the campground for the Parks Service charges $5 for a gallon of drinking water. The campground is otherwise very nice, and the beach across the street is spectacular.

The camp host let everyone know Wednesday that highway 1 was closed south of Gorda due to a rock slide that morning. Good information if you planned to travel south.

Kids loved Sand Dollar Beach across from the campground. Having grass around all the campsites is great. Beautiful setting!
