Plaskett did not disappoint! It was beautiful, clean and quiet. The restrooms were always tidy and stocked, although the sinks were disabled due to non potable water. The hosts were terrific!! Friendly, nice and attentive . Such a blessing to have this slice of heaven!

Great place to camp with a beautiful beach across Highway 1. Steep access but worth it!

This is a beautiful area. We enjoyed biking up Highway 1. We have solar panels on the RV. The host let us move to a sunny spot for the last two days (of four).

Clean , shady, nicely spaced campsites. Walkable to Sand dollarBeach. Water spigots are short walkFrom each site. Clean bathrooms. Campers obeyed the quiet hours. Lots of surfing families which was fun.

Loved our stay at this beautiful campground. Camp host is super nice and helpful. Amenities are well maintained. Campsites are closer to each other than we expected but not a big deal since everyone is respectful. We stayed at #36 which is almost meadow slopes but we ended up setting the tent on dirt ground simply because it’s the flattest part we could sleep on(still not 100% flat but we were ok). We noticed similar slopes for some other campsites too and saw someone just tent on the drive way. Just a heads up for anyone expecting very flat nice grass to sleep on - it’s location dependent and may not be available for some sites.

A lovey spot that is well managed by the campground hosts

Had a great time staying 2 nights at 2 different sites. Always a quiet experience and enjoyable leisure time here.
We will certainly be very happy when we can once again have a campfire (prohibited due to drought and fire danger) and running water in the sinks
(again the drought).
Love all the grass areas if you have kids and the hike down to the beach.

Well spaced sites on bluffs overlooking big sur coastline. Easy walk to beach access. Beach access does have about 100 stairs so not ada accessible. Currently (8/22/21) no fires allowed and no water in bathroom due to severe drought conditions. Potable water still available at spicots

Very beautiful. Lots of poison Ivy, so watch out! Racoons are friendly but will eat your food!
