Our experience in staying one night in the cabin was not good. Cabin itself was solid and substantial. NO electricity, although it appeared to once have electric heater and outlets on walls. The big drawback was NO BATHROOM toilet or water. It is difficult for old folks to get up in the middle of the night and walk all the way to the restroom and make it in time. This was a cabin for disabled people too!The restrooms were run down, no lights. But they were flush toilets and there were 3 cold water sinks. Paying over a $100 per night is crazy for this kind of accomodation.

Always a great location for family stay but showers were down and we were not given notification until we arrived. Also, blinds and screens in cabins were pretty worn out. Time to improve general maintenance due to wear and tear.

The main bathrooms were closed so it was a long walk if you needed to go .... showers were also being renovated so you had to drive 15 minutes away if you needed to shower. However, the cabin was very nice - clean and cozy and we enjoyed our stay there.

This was an interesting place. The cabin itself was very nice, and the outdoor picnic table and fire ring added to the experience. I would stay there again, but there are a few things you should know. The mattresses were not great, and the cabin was not clean; there was dust and spider webs, so it's advisable to bring your own cleaning supplies. The showers were okay, but they are better enjoyed when you use them after they have been cleaned, and when there is no line; the $5 per day is worth it under those circumstances. The food selection at the store has not returned to pre-pandemic levels, so it's best not to count on finding anything worth eating there. Bear boxes were available, but the real problems were birds and squirrels. Neighbors who left tablecloths, plates, and cooking items outside experienced constant visits from birds and squirrels. It's better not to leave anything out to avoid such interactions. On a trail, a squirrel even attempted to take something out of a lady's backpack.Despite these factors, the place still has its charm, and the cabin and surroundings offer a memorable experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Manzanita Lake Camping Cabins. The setting is beautiful. The propane heat worked well and we stayed toasty all night. Loved roasting hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire.

The cabins were even better than I had hoped! Clean, well maintained, with thoughtful additions like shelves and hooks on the wall. Small details that I did not see on the site photos. The lamp on the table provided light, I would advise to bring another source of light in side the cabin in addition to.
Kids loved having the camper store to get soft serve and snacks. The convenience of full service bathrooms, showers, and a laundromat was perfect. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.
