Had site A 22. Pull through that slopes off in the front half of sight. Neighbor sites are close by. One way road so picnic for site is on drivers side so not convenient with rv. Interior roads have lots of overhanging branches but its doable. Not many sites are friendly for taller 5th wheels. Made the best of it. Park itself was nice. No Verizon service.

Manzantia Lake California , the campsite was very nice specially the space to for the trailer and truck. the hoist was very helpful with questions I had. the parking at the lake was perfect however the bathrooms were not clean at all. the Rangers were excellent .

The campground is lovely! We love all these National Park CG. Lassen NP and the Cinder Cone hike in particular was favourite on our cross country tour!

We brought our kayaks and kayaked the lake every morning and evening. It was so peaceful and beautiful! Our campsite was sunny and the weather was warm, but we made the best of it. Most campsites are not overly sunny. We took several hikes right out of the campground and took one drive through the park to Bumpasss Hell. Fabulous! Happy, relaxing vacation.

Only distraction was the site we reserved was occupied and the rangers had to kick them out. They had not departed when they were required to vacate the site.

Was there during the Memorial weekend. Great location. But a lot of redwood pollen everywhere.

We had a beautiful stay at the Manzanita Lake campground. The facility was not crowded at all for our late September visit and the weather was cool but beautiful until our last night there when it rained and snowed! We enjoyed walking down by the lake in the eveninings and exploring the park during the day.

We had a great time camping with our dogs. Loop A was good and as we did not have a reservation, we moved to Loop B. That was absolutely wonderful. The campground was quiet, spacious and overall a great experience!
