There were some noisy neighbors but we loved it.

Clean, well organized campground. Friendly people and no cell phone or internet which is a rare find nowadays and allows you to actually enjoy nature without distraction.

We had a good time camping but now I know that loop D is for tents only so we will try to get a campsite there next time. It was annoying to hear the generators going for all the different motor homes/trailers in loop B. Showers are very expensive which arent run by the park service but by the store.

Dont come with an oversized rv. 28 feet for trailers and 32 feet for a motor home. Theyve placed boulders or logs and left trees so you cant really over hang your site.Other than that its a wonderful state park. Beautiful trees and the sites are spaced out well. Just dont come with an oversized rv like i did.

No hookups for RVs, but they have clean flush toilet bathrooms. Pay showers, laundry etc.. The trail around the lake is beautiful and accessing the rest of the park is easy from here. It was mostly a family camping environment when we went and was quiet at night.

Campsites are pretty close to each other. Bathroom has no lights, cold water only. Showers are at the camp store, closes at 8pm. Not a bad national park campsite (Ive been to many), but not my favorite either, and I wouldnt come back to this campsite again. Also firewood is $13!
