Great stay at Merrill Campground. This is a large campground with about 1/2 the spaces having water and power and a large number of first come first serve spaces. Was able to get 4 spaces with hookups together for our family get together. The campground and restrooms were very clean. The camp hosts were first class, friendly, helpful and always available. The spaces were large enough even for our 32' 5th wheel w/3 slides, a tent and still room for the truck and a car. The lake is huge but mostly shallow. Fishing requires a boat to get to the deeper water. Swimming is a challenge as the shore is mostly muddy but I understand that there are better places to be found.

Great campground!! Large sites, clean bathrooms. Wish the marina had been open this year for the showers but all in all, a great time.

We would highly recommend this campground, especially if you have kids. The campground host were all absolutely amazing , and there was lots of families . Our granddaughter did manage to get lost for a minute and it was definitely all hands on deck and she was found quickly. Lots of fun , the water was beautiful . All and all we will be back

This is our fourth trip to Merrill and it is a good place to RV camp - the spaces are large, most have a ton of shade (we were in #126 and it was pretty exposed to afternoon sun, but it was OK with our awning out.)

Very nice place quiet and peaceful. However the reservations agent told us , we when we made the request for a site back in December for full hookups that spot 126 was full hookups only to find out that it was only power and water, no sewer connect. We now have a map of the campsite and the availability of hookups

Our stay was excellent, with our friends. The caretakers were very friendly and helpful. They even had room to upgrade us to full hook up. We already have reservation to come back in August.
