As expected for a busy NP campground. Site was good. Bathrooms were filthy. Saw a guy go in to clean and only refilled soap & TP. Globs of hair and TP all over the floor. They can do better for what you pay per night. Disappointed.

Pretty, quiet campsite. Stayed at site 009 that backed up to the creek and was so nice to relax by. Will stay here again if we return!

What a fun place to camp. Our campsite number was 89. Beautiful spot, but if youve never camped in bear country, do your due diligence. Use that bear box and keep your campsite clean. We saw 7 bear sightings, 6 were in our campground. Very active nights, lots of whistles, yelling, and car alarms going off when bears descend into the campgrounds, mostly at dark. Loved the Gen. Sherman tree and Congress Trail. The weather was okay a bit humid but cooler than Orange County in August. Would hear fighter jets flying sometimes late at night, I think from Ladera or whichever air base is near Sequoia. Saw tons of dear in campground. The creek was flowing but slowly. Still nice to have to cool off. Sad seeing so much of the adjacent forest burned from the last big fire. My biggest gripe was was the bathroom near our camp spot. The mens bathroom was awful. Smell of urinals was so bad. Women's bathroom was clean. Showers in lodge have been out of service since 2020. Still fun. Will be back.

We loved our camping experience. The set up was perfect. The restrooms never failed. We gathered all our firewood, watched deer multiple times, enjoyed free shuttles to sites and the kids especially loved the creek and climbing on boulders.

Great campground with everything you need. Right on the river with spectacular surroundings. Great amenities like clean flushing toilets, supply store and showers nearby, fire pit, etc. Great spot to hike to a waterfall, back country lakes, and close to the giant Sequoias. Beard aplenty so pack your food in the storage lockers and you won't have any trouble.
