Our campsite was quite limited in space, so we had to set up our small tent on the parking area. The toilet facilities were dark, old, and not very clean. However, the gate staff were very helpful and provided complete information about the campground, which was appreciated. I also enjoyed the educational activity provided by the ranger about bears. It was a great session, and I was lucky to attend the last one of the season

The park is beautiful and well-maintained, for the most part. We stayed at Lodgepole Campground. We went to one Ranger program in the amphitheater and it was really good. For the most part, Rangers and Staff handled the COVID restrictions well. One big thing to be aware of is there is very little cell service or wifi in the park. You will need to download and/or print all the information, maps, etc that you will need prior to your arrival.
